A growing independent creative agency is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator Intern to support the delivery of 360 brand experiences and integrated campaigns. The agency works across strategy, design, digital, content, mixed realities and production, offering hands‑on exposure to creative project delivery. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone ambitious, organised and eager to build a career in brand experience, with responsibilities spanning logistics, supplier management, budgeting, site visits and on‑site event support.

Responsibilities

  • Project logistics — Support planning, logistics and management of allocated project areas.

  • Project delivery — Assist the team with client projects, pitches and production tasks.

  • Budget support — Help manage budgets, negotiate supplier rates and support financial reconciliation.

  • Site visits — Attend site visits when required.

  • Supplier management — Manage supplier partners, secure multiple quotes and negotiate improved rates.

  • On‑site support — Deliver on‑site event services and allocated tasks.

  • Financial admin — Support invoicing, reconciliation and post‑experience correspondence.

  • Client & supplier relationships — Build professional relationships with clients and partners.

  • Industry learning — Attend trade shows and presentations to expand supplier knowledge.

  • Calm, organised and confident managing multiple deadlines

  • Flexible with occasional out‑of‑hours work

Requirements:

  • Entry‑level candidate hungry to break into the industry

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good planning, logistics, financial and negotiation ability

  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack (Paprika a plus)

  • Experience building timelines and budgets

  • Active user of social media platforms

  • Gaming experience a bonus
