The Role

CreateiQ is growing rapidly, and we are entering our scale-up phase with an ambitious product strategy and 2025 roadmap. We are increasing our product team to help with bringing the product vision to life.

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our incredible product team to help with bringing our roadmap and strategy to life. We are looking for someone who thrives on curiosity and loves puzzles, excels at getting things done, and is committed to driving results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for managing product optimisation or feature development roadmap workstreams
  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather qualitative and data informed insights and requirements, even when direct user interviews may not be feasible
  • Translate gathered insights into clear journey maps, UX flows and other detailed guidance to the design team on the solutions being developed, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
  • Build thorough product requirements documentation, Jira epics and individual user stories with well-defined functional requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with developers, legal engineers, QA, and business teams to ensure a seamless development process and successful launch
  • Engage in continuous dialogue with developers during the development phase to provide guidance and resolve any roadblocks or uncertainties in requirements
  • Identify and manage technical and business dependencies impacting feature launches and mitigate risks associated with dependencies through cross-functional collaboration, scope negotiation, and other strategies to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of workstreams
  • Work in close partnership with business development and marketing teams on go to market strategy for individual launches
  • Ensure features are developed and delivered on time and meet the company’s quality standards
  • Provide support to the Linklaters GenAI team with managing or contributing to individual workstreams as may be necessary from time to time

About You

  • You demonstrate that you can understand our product, users, customers, and the domain we operate in, or are ready to quickly pick up that knowledge and build on it
  • You can think through client needs, commercial requirements and incorporate end-user feedback
  • Ideally, you have a foundational understanding of the trends, players and products that define the legal tech market or have some experience with the B2B SaaS product development. If you can showcase instances where you launched a product or feature involving cross-functional collaboration, you will stand out

  • You have some prior exposure to or experience with product management and you see yourself building a career in it
  • You can manage high priority workstreams in close collaboration with designers, developers, fellow product managers and broader teams and partners

  • You know how to work with the objectives and key results driven roadmaps
  • You know how to work with agile and scrum methodologies in product development lifecycle
  • Ideally, you have a working understanding of technical and business dependencies for B2B product or feature launches and can manage them in your workstreams
