About Infiterra

Join our mission to grow and transform the subscription economy by simplifying subscription service delivery.

Infiterra’s B2B SaaS platform helps IT Distributors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) automate and grow their subscription business. With 100+ customers in 75 countries, we're recognized for innovation and global impact—and we’re just getting started. We foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture, allowing you to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Designer to support our ongoing product redesign initiatives and enhance usability and consistency across our SaaS subscription commerce platform.

In this hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and the design lead, making meaningful contributions to real product work while building your skills in both UI/UX design and user research.

This role goes beyond just pixels. You are expected to think critically and challenge assumptions, and product user-centered designs.

What you will do
  • Contribute to translating user needs and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and simple prototypes.

  • Create and iterate on designs based on feedback from users and internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers during design and delivery.

  • Support user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

  • Contribute to and maintain a shared design system in Figma.

  • Apply UX best practices and learn how to balance usability, business goals, and technical constraints.

What we are looking for

Must-haves

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in UX Design.

  • Relevant degree in UX/UI or Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent portfolio.

  • Experience creating basic UX artifacts (flows, wireframes, prototypes).

  • Basic understanding of UX fundamentals and user-centered design.

  • Comfort using Figma or similar design tools.

  • Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.

  • Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for web applications.

  • Exposure to user research methods (interviews, usability testing).

  • Experience collaborating with product or engineering teams.

  • Exposure to AI-enabled design tools (e.g. Lovable).

We care more about how you think and learn than about mastering specific tools.

What this role offers
  • Exposure to real product design challenges in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Active involvement in user research, not just UI execution.

  • Close collaboration with experienced product and engineering teams.

  • A strong learning path for growing as a product designer.

Benefits
  • Work-from-anywhere scheme (travel and work).

  • Flexible working hours.

  • Health and life insurance program.

  • Learning & development budget.

  • Tech-driven, friendly team with a international mindset.

If you feel you’re a great fit, please apply!
We’d love to hear from you!

All applications will be treated with confidentiality.
Please note that due to the high volume of CVs received, only candidates who are a good fit will be contacted for an interview.
