The RoleAs the Junior Product Analyst you will look to collaborate with cross functional teams, driving standardised and consistent organisational adoption of our corporate products to maximise the value of investment.
You will assist in the management of product backlogs, ensuring that tickets are accurately documented and prioritised and escalated when required. This role is also responsible for providing product administration support, including user management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
The PersonWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Analyst to join our Corporate Products team. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience working with Workday ERP, Sunrise ESM, Project for the Web or other ESM products. While expertise in these products is not required, an awareness of their capabilities and an understanding of agile product development is essential. As the Product Analyst, you will be innovative with the ability to identify areas for development and propose suitable solutions.
We are looking for an individual with the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of stakeholders, at all levels within Railpen. You will build effective stakeholder relationships, understanding and developing business requirements, whilst ensuring best practices are met. Organisational skills and an ability to adapt and re-plan due to competing priorities is key. You will be keen to learn and develop within this role and ultimately contribute to establishing best practice within the Corporate Products team.
