As a Junior Video Producer at Global, you’ll be at the heart of our branded video content team - delivering creative and innovative projects for some of the best brands in the world on some of the largest digital platforms in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production (70%): Own projects end-to-end - from initial concept and scripting through to shoot and post-production. You'll bring creative spark and technical know-how to deliver stand-out branded video content across Global's platforms.
Project Management & Communication (30%): Plan and manage all project logistics including production schedules and budgets. You'll also be the face of Global on set and in client conversations, working confidently with big-name talent, agencies and clients to ensure every project lands on brief and on brand.
What You’ll Love About This Role
Think Big: You’ll be delivering projects with globally recognised brands for major UK platforms - there will be a lot of eyes on your work.
Own It: You’ll take real ownership of projects at a junior level - not just assisting.
Keep it Simple: You’ll hone the craft of visual storytelling, keeping ideas simple yet effective.
Better Together: You’ll be working with a hugely passionate and encouraging team.
What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you’ll have:
Taken a project from creative development through client sign-off, shoot and post-production.
Fostered and grown relationships across our video, commercial, digital and social teams
Successfully managed partners in your projects to ensure their needs are met in the final videos produced
Understood and adopted internal processes, workflows and policies
Identified areas for your own growth and started building toward them with your manager
What You’ll Need
Background: Experience from a production company, agency, publisher or similar, ideally within a digital environment.
Video Production Expertise: A solid understanding of production techniques and workflows, from scripting and budgeting to shoot management and post-production.
Creative Storytelling: A strong creative eye with an understanding of pacing, narrative, and what makes content compelling and shareable across digital and social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and TikTok.
On-Set Confidence: Confidence in fast-paced shoot environments, including with high-profile talent.
Organisational Skills: The ability to juggle multiple projects, handle tight turnarounds and manage expectations across teams
Attitude & Commitment: A can-do attitude, willing to focus, commit and always be professional and courteous towards your colleagues and clients.
