What You’ll Be Doing


Moonpig Group is looking for a Junior People Partner on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our dynamic People Team and help shape, develop and implement our HR plans aligned with our ambitious Business strategy.


This role will mainly be focused on supporting our Operations community across the UK and Netherlands, working closely with the wider People team’s centre of excellence to ensure efficiency with our processes and consistency in relation to activity across the full employee lifecycle. 


This is a great opportunity for someone with HR advisory experience looking to take their next step into a People Partnering role. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with key business stakeholders (mainly across our Operations and Supply Chain division) and supporting them to deliver their People Plans.
  • Be an advocate for our culture, championing initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and inclusivity.
  • Provide trusted advice and guidance to stakeholders. This includes supporting the People Generalist with ER advice and managing more complex ER cases. 
  • Deliver trend analysis and reporting across the full employee lifecycle to move from reactive to proactive solutions.
  • Share insights from HR dashboards to inform decision-making to senior stakeholders.
  • Support on delivery of our People team OKRs and other projects Support compensation, benefits, and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to ensure efficient HR processes are embedded into the business.
  • Work with L&D and Talent to implement impactful development solutions, such as supporting managers becoming effective leaders, building resilience across the organisation, unconscious bias training etc
  • Partner with Internal Communications to keep employees informed of engagement initiatives.

You'll be a addition to the team is you:

  • Hold or be working towards a HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 qualification is preferable) 
  • Have proven experience in HR advisory roles, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle
  • Have strong knowledge of UK employment law, with the ability to interpret and provide sound advice and guidance. 
  • Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate effectively to inform decision making 
  • Have exceptional relationship building and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate with empathy at all levels of the business.
  • Have some experience with change management and transformational projects.
  • Have knowledge of Dutch employment law would be beneficial.
  • Have some experience or understanding of working in a manufacturing or fulfilment environment would be beneficial
