Imagine a world where every small business has the power to thrive. That's the world we're building at iwoca. Small businesses aren't just statistics – they're the heartbeat of our communities, the character of our high streets, and the engine of our economy. Since 2012, we've revolutionised how these businesses access finance, turning what was once a lengthy, frustrating process into something remarkable: funding that's fast, flexible, and actually works for modern businesses.

Our impact speaks for itself: we've provided billions in funding to more than 150,000 businesses across Europe, making us one of the continent's leading fintech innovators. But we're just getting started. Our mission? To empower one million businesses with the financial tools they deserve.

We combine cutting-edge technology and data science with genuine human understanding to make finance feel less like a barrier and more like a superpower. Whether it's managing cash flow or seizing unexpected opportunities, we ensure businesses get the funds they need – often within minutes.

The role

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about the day-to-day management of our Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns—from hands-on execution and monitoring to ongoing optimization. As a close sparring partner to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll help bring our strategic goals to life and elevate our channels through a data-driven approach. You bring a creative and solution-oriented mindset and aren’t afraid to think outside the box and experiment with new approaches. You’re also hands-on and proactive when it comes to turning ideas into action—whether it’s shaping a new creative concept or launching an unconventional campaign.

What you can drive at iwoca:

Campaign Management & Execution:

  • Set up new campaigns and ad groups in Google Ads and Meta Ads based on our strategic decisions.

  • Monitor campaign performance and budgets daily to quickly detect anomalies or over/underspending.

  • Execute bulk edits and uploads using Google Ads Editor.

  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and hygiene, including analyzing search term reports and adding negative keywords.

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Prepare and format weekly performance reports to support strategic decision-making.

  • Assist with in-depth analyses by providing and preparing relevant data.

  • Ensure Looker dashboards are functional and up to date.

Creative & Content:

  • Research competitor ads and market trends for inspiration.

  • Support the creation of creative briefs for new ad assets.

  • Upload and organize new creatives across advertising platforms.

A/B Testing:

  • Execute and monitor A/B tests (e.g., ad assets, audiences, landing pages) according to plan.

The team

Our marketing team is a blend of creative and data-driven experts. You'll work alongside three content & organic specialists and our performance marketing lead with a shared mission: to build a world-class, in-house marketing function. We are taking the reins from our external agency, and this role is key to that evolution. Your focus will be on owning Paid Search, scaling our growing Paid Social activities, and experimenting across a diverse channel mix that includes direct mail, partnerships, and more.

The requirements

Essential:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns, specifically in Paid Search and Paid Social channels.

  • You excel at using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics to manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns.

  • You use data to drive decisions and have a keen eye for detail that ensures flawless execution.

  • You possess a growth mindset and are always seeking new skills and knowledge to improve your craft.

  • You take initiative and ownership of your work, consistently delivering high-quality results.

Bonus:

  • Expertise with Google Ads Editor

  • Relevant experience in the field of fintech and lending

We expect to pay from £30,000 - £45,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.

The culture

At iwoca, we prioritise a culture of learning, growth, and support, and invest in the professional development of our team members. We value thought and skill diversity, and encourage you to explore new areas of interest to help us innovate and improve our products and services.
