You are a young tech-savvy graduate with experience or interest in Logistics & Fulfilment, who thrives on problem-solving and improving processes. You are passionate about leveraging technology to optimize workflows, automate tasks, and streamline order processing. You enjoy working with data, systems, and tools that help drive operational efficiency.

In this role, you will need to be highly organized with an eye for detail, as you monitor, review, and action the fulfillment process, including troubleshooting and managing claims or aftercare issues. You will take ownership of automating routine tasks, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational workflows. You'll also have the opportunity to work with various systems, such as Hubspot, Qogita Admin and Retool.

Your profile

• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, wholesale, or the health and beauty industry, with a focus on process optimization and automation.

• Strong attention to detail, paired with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

• Experience working with admin portals, CRM tools, and monitoring systems, along with a demonstrated ability to automate workflows and improve processes.

• Proficiency in workflow automation tools, data analysis (e.g., SQL), or scripting (e.g., Python) to further optimize operations.

• Bonus: experience with Retool

• Monitor and track orders using our admin portal, CRM tools, and automated workflows.

• Resolve any fulfillment or operational issues that arise, proactively using data-driven insights and technology to identify root causes and implement solutions.

• Collaborate with sellers & major carrier partners to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately, while leveraging automation tools to minimize manual tasks.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest fulfillment technologies, automation practices, and logistical innovations to improve operational efficiency.

• Use advanced monitoring systems and analytics platforms to identify and preemptively address potential bottlenecks or disruptions in the supply chain.

• Optimize supply chain and logistical flows by designing and implementing automated processes to reduce errors and increase speed.

• Gather and analyze data, working with the tech and product teams to improve our platform and overall user experience.
