What You’ll Be Doing


1.    Administrative Support:

Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.

2.    Reception and Communication:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and direct them appropriately.

Provide polite and professional customer service to clients and staff.

3.    Office Coordination:

Monitor and order office supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained.

Set up meeting rooms with necessary equipment and materials, ensuring they are clean and well-organized.

Arrange refreshments and catering for meetings or events when required.

Maintain office equipment by scheduling routine maintenance and addressing any malfunctions promptly.

Keep common areas, such as the kitchen and supply room, tidy and organized.

4.    Support for Office Manager and Executive Assistant:

Provide general assistance to the Office Manager and Executive Assistant (EA) as required.

Help with a variety of tasks to support their daily operations and responsibilities.

Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by ensuring administrative needs are met.
