Administer and maintain the NetSuite environment, including user onboarding and offboarding, permissions, integrations, order-flow monitoring, error triage, performance reviews, saved searches, dashboards, sandbox environments, and learning-platform support. The role also provides user assistance, escalates technical issues, supports workflow automation, and may eventually deliver NetSuite training.
The Role
Since launching the world’s first portable wood-pellet pizza oven in 2012, Ooni has grown into an award-winning, multinational company with a product range loved by pizza makers all over the globe. Our mission has always been to design innovative products that spark joy in our customers, and whilst we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished so far - we’re only just getting started.
We’re looking for a Junior NetSuite systems Administrator to support our day to day operations in a small team that gets involved in everything. You’ll very quickly find all of your fingers in as many individual pies as possible. Pizza pies. Har har. Because we do pizza ovens (amongst other things!), and people in North America call it a pizza pie? I think? Look: It’s a System Admin job where you’ll also be responsible for monitoring connections going in and out of our Enterprise software.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career to get hands-on with a live, business-critical NetSuite environment with opportunities to interact with 100+ users and systems across the entire operation. There’s a lot of room to specialise and grow whilst helping us keep the lights on.
What you’ll be doing
What you’ll need to succeed:
We have a good history of incubating juniors into Dangerously Powerful specialists, so we’re much more interested in your potential than your experience. You might be a great fit if you have:
Why Ooni?

There’s a lot of room to specialise and grow whilst helping us keep the lights on.
What you’ll be doing
- Setting up and onboarding new NetSuite users, and offboarding leavers.
- Monitoring our order flows and integrations, reporting and cataloguing errors and irregularities, and then following up with the relevant specialists.
- Reviewing NetSuite performance and error reports, escalating where necessary.
- Assisting teams in building and scheduling saved searches and dashboards.
- Curating user permissions so they're appropriate and specific to job roles.
- Triaging and categorising user error reports and requests for new functionality.
- Reviewing and maintaining our NetSuite environment and its regular maintenance, including supporting sandbox environments.
- Helping administer our NetSuite learning platform, and eventually facilitating or delivering training.
What you’ll need to succeed:
We have a good history of incubating juniors into Dangerously Powerful specialists, so we’re much more interested in your potential than your experience. You might be a great fit if you have:
- Some hands-on exposure to NetSuite (through study, an internship, or a junior role) - or experience with another ERP/business system and real enthusiasm to specialise in NetSuite.
- An interest in e-commerce, EDI, or integrations (Think Shopify, Mirakl, SPS, AWS, Celigo.) These sorts of services should either be familiar to you, or something you know you can brush up on quickly. See bullet point 3.
- Absolutely no hesitation to say “I don’t know” when that statement is true, and a commitment to then finding out.
- An ability to comfortably go from team to team and maintain a rapport across a very wide range of capabilities. You should be technical minded but able to differentiate for different audiences.
- Familiarity with Workflow automations, think Slack Workflows, Zapier, n8n, and a general comfort with picking up new software quickly.
- You are comfortable working with a team that decided this job post needed jokes, but didn’t actually work very hard on said jokes.

- Work for an employer that cares about your well-being! We’ve got private healthcare through Bupa as well as access to on-demand coaching and therapy sessions via BetterHelp
- £500 to spend on Ooni products each year, plus 50% discount on any other Ooni products.
- £500 every year to spend on your passion – whatever that may be.
- 35 days of paid time off per year, plus an additional 5 week sabbatical when you’ve been here for 5 years.
- Access to an employee assistance programme which includes on demand coaching.
- We believe in giving back to our communities, which is why we offer every team member five paid volunteer days each year to support causes they care about.
