Role Overview – Junior Marketing Specialist
 

As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to building and promoting our brand identity across multiple digital channels. You’ll create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and develop marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and community engagement. Your work will include copywriting for the Life Sciences sector, which requires precision, compliance with communication standards, and respect for scientific accuracy. You will also monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate results and support continuous improvement of campaigns. 



What You’ll Do: 

As a valuable support to the Marketing & Communication Department, you will assist in executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Your efforts will focus on creating and managing digital and editorial content, ensuring consistency across platforms, and assisting with content planning and execution. 



Key Contributions: 

  • Create compelling copyfor posts, blog news, presentations, and websites. 
  • Plan, manage, execute, and update
    editorial calendar

    to ensure timelyand consistent content delivery across all platforms.
     
  • Write, publish, and optimizecontent across multiple platforms. 
  • Track and analyze KPIsto evaluate strategy effectiveness and drive continuous improvements. 



Who You Are: 

  • Creative Communicator:
    You have a talent for storytelling and crafting compelling content that aligns with brand voice and scientific rigor. You can transform complex concepts into clear, engaging messages that resonate with diverse audiences in the Life Sciences field.

  • Digital Marketing Enthusiast:
    You understand the fundamentals of SEO, SEM, Google Search Console, and Analytics, and are eager to apply these tools to drive visibility and engagement.

  • Social Media Savvy:You have hands-on experience managing social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and are able to develop strategies to grow online communities and increase interaction. 
  • Analytical & Solution-Oriented:You’re comfortable working in a dynamic environment, analyzing data to measure results, and using insights to optimize 
  • Nice-to-have:
    Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.

  • Education:
    Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related

  • Language Skills:
    Proficiencyin English (C1 level).
