Position Description

As a Listed Trader, you will play a key role in supporting the desk’s trading activities and risk management processes. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge strategies and tools, providing an excellent platform for career growth in a high-energy environment. Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Maintain and calibrate volatility surfaces to support accurate option pricing across underlyings.

  • Assist in optimizing trade execution and reconciliation workflows.

  • Build and improve on-desk tools for real-time risk monitoring.

  • Execute trades and manage interactions with counterparties.

  • Support development and testing of proprietary strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline trading processes.

  • Monitor market conditions and liquidity to identify opportunities and manage risk.

  • Analyze option flow and volatility trends to provide insights to senior traders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s preferred) in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Equity Derivatives, ideally with Listed Options trading exposure.

  • Solid understanding of Single Stock and Index Option pricing and volatility models.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to perform under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.

  • Proficient in Python for data analysis (NumPy, Pandas, Polars), SQL/database design, and object-oriented programming with solid grasp of software design patterns
