We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to support the Legal & Compliance team across a broad range of legal matters. The role will include commercial contracts, legal research, corporate matters, intellectual property, compliance, privacy and other day-to-day legal work in an international technology business. 

Responsibilities 

  • Draft and review commercial contracts. 
  • Conduct legal research on matters involving different jurisdictions, with a focus on the US and Europe. 
  • Prepare legal summaries, memos and other internal legal materials. 
  • Support intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademarks, software ownership and licensing. 
  • Support the Legal team with day-to-day legal requests. 

Requirements 

  • Master’s degree in Law, or final-year law studies. 
  • 1+ year of relevant legal experience. 
  • Experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts. 
  • Advanced English and Ukrainian. 
  • Attention to detail, good organization and ability to manage several tasks at the same time. 
  • Willingness to learn and take responsibility for increasingly complex legal matters. 
  • Experience using generative AI. 

Nice to Have 

  • Basic understanding of tax, intellectual property, data protection or technology law. 
  • Experience with legal-tech, contract automation and AI-assisted tools.
