Department Summary

What does an Integrated Producer do at Hogarth?

Our Integrated Producers understand the production process for moving image (broadcast, social and digital) localisation, print, OOH, taking mastered assets and transforming them into outputs which talk to our global audiences in their own languages. They also manage the mastering of key assets into target languages as well as the adaptation of assets, from frame rate to resizing and upscales for any screen, ensuring our client’s content delivers on every platform. They’re skilled multi-taskers and excellent team workers, liaising between partner agencies, colleagues and client alike to ensure the best quality work is delivered on time and budget.

You’ll perhaps come from an advertising, creative or content agency and have a good understanding of the postproduction process, a strong teamworking ethic between the account team, transcreation and the edit, and bring a producer’s knowledge into this role. An understanding and experience of global adaptation is bonus, as is a passion for languages or even being bi/multi-lingual.

Please note this is largely not a creative production role, mainly the management of post-production workflows.

Reporting lines and key stakeholders

This role reports into the Production Director.

There will be close collaboration with all teams across the client account including a network of freelancers and other agencies the client appoints for different stages of their advertising materials production.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is already an adaptation producer/integrated producer with languages or skills like a junior transcreation manager looking to move into broader project management.

Second language (or more) or interest in languages as it’s part of the attention to detail needed in checking assets in other languages.
