Location: London, UK

The Junior Implementation Manager serves as a key support liaison between new clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition through the implementation process. This role is responsible for facilitating the successful adoption of Insight 3PM and DDIQ, Exiger’s technology solutions, to help clients effectively manage and identify risks. The Junior Implementation Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, working to enhance client satisfaction and drive retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong account management skills, a client-focused approach, and a commitment to delivering seamless service that aligns with the client's best interests.

This is a 10-week long, hybrid internship opportunity with weekly onsite requirements. The internship will run June 2, 2025, to August 8, 2025.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of client projects and assist with tracking progress.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, helping answer basic questions and guiding them through simple parts of the process.
  • Help organize and prepare materials for client workshops, focusing on tasks like setting up customer information and roles.
  • Assist in communication between the client and internal teams, ensuring things are moving smoothly.
  • Help identify any issues or concerns from clients and report them to the team for follow-up.
  • Support team efforts to improve internal processes by learning and applying best practices.
  • Assist with client training on using company products, such as DDIQ and risk rating tools.
  • Help with the transition of clients to the support team after implementation is complete.
  • Update internal teams and clients on the status of projects.
  • Learn about and stay updated on the company’s products and services.
  • Assist in client re-implementations or terminations, if necessary.
  • Support any special projects or initiatives aimed at improving processes.

Product Responsibilities

  • Spend about 20% of your time helping the product team with basic tasks like writing simple JIRA tickets, creating basic product specifications, and assisting with mock-ups.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Basic understanding of due diligence, risk screening, or compliance is helpful, but not required.
  • Strong communication and willingness to learn from team members.
  • Ability to work with data using tools like Excel or basic databases.
  • Interest in problem-solving and helping with customer issues.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage a few tasks at once.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A positive attitude and desire to learn more about project management and client service.

Professional Experience Required

  • No prior experience required, but a strong interest in project management, client service, or data is a plus.
  • Experience using databases or technology platforms (even in a classroom setting) is helpful.
  • An interest or coursework in compliance, risk management, or due diligence would be beneficial.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree is required.
