The Human Resources team at QRT is expanding and evolving globally to support our dynamic, fast-paced business. We are seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner in London, who is a strategic thinker and innovative problem solver. The ideal candidate embodies curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning, and has the drive to make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR colleagues across our global locations and with Subject Matter Experts in Talent Development, HR Information Systems, and Talent Acquisition. You will also engage with external partners to deliver innovative and effective HR solutions.

Your future role at QRT: 

  • Partner with employees and managers to integrate and align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Assist in providing strategic HR advice and coaching, addressing day-to-day HR matters under the guidance of senior HR Business Partners.
  • Support with workforce planning, organizational design and employee relations topics.
  • Facilitate impactful feedback conversations and oversee the performance review framework for a dedicated business group.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to design, implement, and adapt HR policies and programs that meet both local and international business needs.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing and skill development initiatives within the HR team, supporting the cultivation of a culture focused on growth, innovation, and industry-leading practices.

Your present skillset:

  • Awareness of multi-jurisdictional employment law, specifically within the EMEA region.
  • A critical thinker with an analytical approach to solving complex problems.
  • Enjoys working in collaborative environment and working closely with others to find solutions.
  • Confident with handling people data appropriately to help inform decision-making.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and make well-informed tactical decisions in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS and familiarity with HR analytics tools are preferred.
