Due to increased headcount, we now now need a 1st Line Support person to deal with emailed support queries, phone enquiries, logging calls on the ticketing system, helping with quotes etc and working with talented 2nd and 3rd line support people from whom you did be able to learn and develop.You must have some several months IT support/helpdesk, ex IT apprentice perhaps?
You should have a passion for a career in IT, have a knack for technology, gadgets, hardware, networking, security but, most importantly, a can do and positive attitude.
You need to be able to solve problems quickly and logically with a firm grasp of the basics of hardware, software,Windows with exposure to MacOS, iOS and Android.
