We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at Techbuyer. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will assist in the creation of visually engaging designs for digital and print materials, including website graphics, marketing collateral, sales materials, social media content, and internal communications. You will work closely with our Creative Brand Manager and the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency and deliver high-quality visual solutions that align with our business objectives. 

 

Your industry and work experience are important to your success at Techbuyer, however the cultural fit, your personal drivers and what motivates you as an individual will define how successful you are. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assist in designing digital assets, including social media posts, web pages, web
    banners, and email templates
     
  • Support the
    Creative Brand Manager in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and infographics
     
  • Work
    with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts
     
  • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and meet quality standards 
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines 
  • Keep informed of design trends and competitor marketing materials to help shape ideas 
  • Contribute to weekly marketing meeting, updating the rest of the team on key activities. 

 

 

Key Skills and Requirements: 

 

Essential:  

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)  
  • A portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity  
  • An eye for detail and a passion for design 
  • Enthusiasm to learn and a can-do attitude 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 
  • Strong team ethics with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

Desirable: 

  • An art or design-based degree, or similar qualification 
  • Previous experience in a graphic design role  
  • A good understanding of HTML and CSS 
  • Experience of working with a digital marketing platform such as Klaviyo
    or Hubspot
     
  • Previous
    experience of creating content for social media platforms including LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook 
     
  • A basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere for video editing.
