Junior Graphic Designer

Role: Junior Graphic Designer
Function: Graphic Design | Production | UGC Content | Performance Marketing
Responsibility: Assist in editing high-production performance ads for D2C brands
Reports to: Art Director
Location: Remote
Employment: B2B Contract - UK Schedule 4PM - 1:30 AM/3PM - 12:30 AM (GMT/GMT+1)
Salary: $600 - $1000 USD/month, based on experience and skill level.

We're on the hunt for a Junior Graphic Designer eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You’ll assist in creating high-converting Meta ad creatives and support internal marketing efforts. You'll work closely with our Art Director, the design team, and occasionally with clients to develop standout visual content rooted in strategy and results.

Requirements
    • Assist in the design of ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands under the guidance of the design team.
    • Support senior designers in preparing and revising ad designs.
    • Apply feedback from the Art Director and team to improve your creative output.
    • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
    • Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
    • Help maintain the agency’s visual identity in line with strategic goals.
    • Incorporate feedback to revise and improve design work.

Experience & Skills: 
    • 1+ years experience in graphic design, freelance or coursework, ideally with exposure to ad creatives.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
    • A portfolio (personal, academic, or freelance) showing creativity and digital design skills.
    • Willingness to learn and improve communication skills—you should be comfortable interpreting briefs.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work.
    • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
    • A degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus—but we care more about your work and attitude.
