Alfa is looking for a passionate Junior Graphic Designer to help us develop Alfa’s brand globally. 
 

How will you support the Design team?

As a junior in-house designer you will be working directly with the Head of Design and the wider design team, helping to develop exciting and visually stunning print and online creatives, for Alfa’s internal and external touchpoints.
 

We are a very busy team; ideally you will be someone who is passionate about design, and keeps up to date with the current trends, standards and design practices whilst enjoying working on multiple projects to specified deadlines. You will be able to justify your choices and have an excellent attention to detail.
 

Key responsibilities

Support the design team with creative development of Alfas brand across multiple platforms including print, digital and exhibition stands. Specific support required includes:

• Produce printed collateral, adverts, brochures, reports etc

• Produce online collateral such as banners and promotional emails

• Excellent exhibition designs and execution

• Work with the Marketing, Finance, Sales, HR and Events departments producing our design-led communication:

• Execute/ deliver several work streams in a fast paced environment

• Contribute to the development of the brand identity

• Act as brand ambassador/ custodian to ensure brand consistency and integrity internally as well as externally

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• 1+ years experience in a creative role

• Working experience of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Word

• Experience in manipulating imagery for print and digital design/layout

• Good knowledge of basic design principles: layout, typography and colour theory as applied to web, application and print environments

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task
