Reporting into the Head of Ops and Talent, you’ll be responsible for enabling smooth day-to-day business operations, coordinating with the wider executive team, and ensuring our office environment runs efficiently and reflects our values.
This would suit someone with around 2–3 years of experience who is looking to grow their EA career and take on broader responsibilities across office management, executive support, and company culture. We’re seeking someone with exceptional communication skills, a high level of reliability and emotional intelligence.
Please see our Company Principles to understand the core things we value – in particular, we are looking for exceptional people in order to create something extraordinary with huge impact.
Role responsibilities include:
• High-volume inbox management and correspondence: managing the CEO’s email, flagging priorities, responding on their behalf, and tracking deadlines.
• Extensive diary management using Google Calendar: accommodating to a changeable schedule and prioritising meetings.
• Arranging internal and external meetings for the CEO and others in the executive team and ensuring the CEO is briefed in advance of meetings, preparing supporting documentation in advance.
• Attending key internal meetings and taking clear, actionable notes to ensure effective follow-up.
• Supporting the accurate and efficient processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports, ensuring all financial transactions are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the smooth running of the office and day-to-day responsibilities which include liaising with the office building team and acting as the first point of contact for any office-related issues or requests.
• Leading planning and logistics for major team events (e.g. Christmas Party, Annual Offsite) in collaboration with a colleague who oversees day-to-day socials.
• Greeting new employees and ensuring their first-day onboarding experience runs smoothly.
• Brings fresh, creative ideas to team-building and morale-boosting initiatives.
Required skills/experience:
• 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, or Office Manager, preferably in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment.
• Highly trustworthy: must be able to handle and protect confidential information.
• A proven ability to manage complex diaries and schedules efficiently, ideally supporting senior directors or executives.
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Team player – willingness to “muck in” and help colleagues.

Compensation will be through salary and generous share options. The company has a tax-efficient EMI share option scheme set up (not available to larger companies) which allows us to provide real exposure to the success of the company without taxes being due when they are paid.
