As a Junior Digital Project Manager, you will support the delivery of digital projects from concept through to completion, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly, stays on track, and meets client expectations.
You’ll work closely with senior team members, developers, and stakeholders to coordinate tasks, track progress, and identify potential risks or blockers early. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build your experience in managing projects while contributing to structured, efficient delivery.
You’ll play an important role in keeping projects organised, maintaining clear communication, and helping to bring clarity to fast-paced and sometimes complex environments.

About You
You have a genuine interest in digital and technology, and you’re keen to build your career in project management. You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
You’re developing your ability to understand how digital products are built, and can translate technical information into clear, simple updates for wider stakeholders.
Favourable Qualifications
- PRINCE2 Foundation (or working towards)
- Certified Scrum Master (or interest in Agile methodologies)
Skills for Success

- Support the delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are maintained
- Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, including timelines, tasks, and resource tracking
- Work with project teams to ensure requirements are understood and progress is clearly tracked
- Help identify risks and issues, escalating where needed and supporting mitigation actions
- Support coordination of internal teams and third-party partners
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders on project progress
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of key project documentation, including:
- Statements of Work
- Project requirements
- MoSCoW prioritisation
- RAID logs
- RACI matrices
- Support project governance, including ensuring documentation is up to date and sign-offs are tracked
- Assist with resource coordination, scheduling, and prioritisation
- Support finance processes, including tracking time and ensuring alignment with billing
- Contribute to internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Help facilitate project reviews and retrospectives to identify improvement
