At Joseph Joseph, we are driven by a simple yet powerful belief — that intelligent design has the ability to transform everyday living. We create distinctive, thoughtfully engineered products that not only solve real-world problems but also bring joy, beauty, and functionality to daily life.

Headquartered in London, we have grown into one of the world’s most admired houseware brands, with a presence in over 100 countries and partnerships with leading department stores, independent retailers, and a rapidly expanding e-commerce business.

We are looking for a Junior Digital Artworker to join our Digital Creative team and help bring the Joseph Joseph brand to life across every digital touchpoint. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our creative and shoot production process, working closely with Art Directors, Designers and Digital Marketers to create, adapt and upload digital marketing assets that inspire customers and support a growing global brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is curious, ambitious and eager to grow within a supportive, design-led environment. You’ll build your creative and digital marketing skills while contributing to a diverse range of projects, from early ideas and shoot preparation through to polished final artwork. If you love learning quickly, care about the details and feel motivated by seeing your work make a visible impact, this could be the perfect next step for you.

What you’ll be doing:

Shoot support — 20%

• Support Art Directors on campaign and product shoots, helping with timelines, prop sourcing, call sheets, set-ups, casting, behind-the-scenes content and general shoot coordination.

Artworking — 30%

  • Adapt, retouch and prepare ecommerce imagery for Joseph Joseph and partner sites, ensuring every asset is accurate, consistent and on brand.

  • Create clear, engaging infographics that communicate product features, benefits and key USPs.

  • Support the creation of campaign kits, creative guidelines, email assets, blog content and other day-to-day digital design deliverables.

  • Help coordinate projects by gathering information, managing tasks and communicating timelines with the wider team.

Website management — 50%

• Create, upload and maintain digital content across josephjoseph.com, including homepage, category and product detail pages, ensuring products are presented clearly, beautifully and consistently.

What we need from you:

  • Some experience in digital design, artworking, ecommerce or a related creative environment through work, internship, freelance, placement or personal projects.

  • A qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Product Design, Visual Communication or a related creative subject is desirable.

  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma, with a willingness to keep developing your skills.

  • A portfolio or PDF that shows your creative thinking, attention to detail and interest in digital design or artworking.

  • A highly organised, proactive approach and confidence managing several tasks at once.

  • A consumer-focused mindset and an interest in how design can make products clearer, more engaging and easier to understand.

  • Pride in producing accurate, high-quality work, even when deadlines are tight.

  • A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for learning from a collaborative creative team.

What you’ll get from us:

You’ll join a supportive, design-led team where you can build confidence, learn from experienced creatives and see your work make a real impact across a global brand.
