SYSTABUILD is building a shared cloud and platform foundation for a group of software companies in the construction, CAD and ERP domain.
To support this platform, we are looking for a Junior DevOps CI/CD Engineer who is passionate about developer tooling, automation, and modern software delivery.
In this role, you will work at the heart of our development infrastructure, helping teams build, test, and ship software reliably and efficiently.
Job Description- Support and further develop CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams and repositories.
- Operate and improve our development tooling landscape, including Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and SonarQube.
- Help standardize pipelines, templates, and workflows to improve developer experience and quality.
- Assist in integrating quality gates, security checks, and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot pipeline issues and improve build reliability.
- Support the migration and integration of repositories, pipelines, and tooling across the SYSTABUILD group.
- Document tooling, processes, and best practices to enable self-service for development teams.
- Learn and grow towards more advanced DevOps and platform engineering responsibilities.
- First hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, for example using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, or similar tools.
- Good experience with scripting or automation (for example Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
- Basic understanding of modern software development workflows (Git, pull requests, branching strategies).
- Initial experience with build and test automation for at least one programming ecosystem (for example .NET, Delphi or C++).
- Familiarity with code quality tools such as SonarQube or similar static analysis solutions.
- Basic understanding of infrastructure and cloud concepts.
- Willingness to learn Infrastructure as Code, security practices, and cloud-native tooling.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Nice To Have
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) organizations, pipelines, or boards.
- First exposure to GitHub Enterprise administration or repository management.
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker.
- Interest in cloud platforms, especially AWS.
