Role Description 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic junior designer who passionate about visual design and has a curiosity for motion.

You’ll join our Creative team to help produce eye catching digital campaigns, scalable paid media adverts and simple motion pieces, all while learning from senior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Produce on brand digital assets across paid social, display, banners and simple web assets.
  • Create layouts and prepare assets for large scale paid media production using smart automation techniques.
  • Build basic animations and motion pieces to support campaigns.
  • Rapidly prototype ideas with moodboards, sketches and rough layouts to visualise concepts.
  • Work closely with media, UX and development to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet campaign goals.
  • Help QA and export final files, maintaining naming conventions and asset libraries.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute fresh, practical ideas.

Desired Skills & Experience 

  • 0-3 years experience in a design or a strong design portfolio showing digital work.
  • Experience using design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent
  • A good eye for layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
  • Basic understanding of responsive/mobile design and export optimised assets. Confident working within brand guidelines while still pushing creative boundaries.
