This role is based (hybrid) in our Munich office. Unfortunately we are unable to provide relocation support.
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing a variety of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting senior designers on larger projects. This is an ideal role for someone early in their design career, passionate about marketing, and looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a range of marketing assets such as whitepapers, event booths, banners, social media posts, and performance marketing materials.
- Produce a high volume of on-brand design content to scale marketing efforts across different channels.
- Design event-related collateral such as banners, signage, brochures, and promotional materials to ensure brand consistency.
- Design compelling graphics for organic social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Polish and enhance marketing presentations to ensure clarity and brand consistency.
- Assist senior designers on larger projects by handling smaller design tasks.
- Maintain and organize the team's asset library to ensure easy access and up-to-date materials.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing new ideas and concepts for upcoming campaigns.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Figma as well as tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print assets.
- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing within a collaborative design team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly in maintaining design libraries.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
