The Junior Creative/Content Creator will develop social content and campaigns, shoot and edit videos, and engage with cultural trends.
Who we are
AnalogFolk is a global next generation creative group that is purpose-built to help brands thrive in the post-digital age. We are proud to be a strategic partner to brands such as HSBC, L’Oréal, Galderma, Meta, Guinness and Costa Coffee and to have been awarded both Campaign Magazine’s Global Innovation Agency of the Year and a Contagious Magazine Pioneer.
We combine strategy, creativity and technology to help brands grow in a fragmented, fast-moving world. At the heart of our approach is a belief that brands must not only be seen, but felt, shared and experienced in ways that are culturally relevant, personally meaningful and consistently delivered.
We’re growing our London team and looking for people who don’t just follow culture, but interrogate it, question it, and help brands meaningfully participate in it.
We’re looking for a Junior Creative / Content Creator - someone who loves ideas, but loves making things even more.
This role sits at the intersection of creative concepting and hands-on content creation. You’ll help develop ideas for campaigns and social content, then bring those ideas to life by shooting, editing, designing, generating and experimenting with content.
You might come from an art direction, copywriting, film or hybrid creative background, but what really matters is that you're a maker - someone who turns ideas into things quickly.
What you'll be doing
- Contributing to campaign thinking while also making the day-to-day content that keeps our clients relevant.
- Helping develop ideas for social-first campaigns and content for global brands
- Working with other creatives and creative directors to build those ideas out and share them with clients
- Making actual content — shooting, editing, designing or generating
- Creating fast-turnaround social content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
- Jumping on cultural moments and trends to create reactive content
- Experimenting with new tools, formats and creative approaches
Skills and experience
- Around 1–2 years experience in a creative or content role (agency, studio, brand, or creator background)
- A portfolio that shows creative thinking and things you’ve actually made
- Comfortable shooting and editing content yourself
- Experience with tools like Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, Photoshop, Figma or similar
- An instinct for what works on social platforms
- Someone who’s excited by making and experimenting
- Curious about culture, creators, trends and internet communities
- Collaborative, proactive and excited to learn
We’re especially interested in people who are already making things - whether that’s running your own social accounts, creating short-form videos, experimenting with AI tools, or producing content for friends, brands or side projects.
When you apply, please include links to examples of content you’ve made yourself - this could be videos, edits, social posts, creative experiments or personal projects.
We’re interested in seeing how you think, but also how you make.
