Proactively generate fresh design concepts with a focus on realism, innovation, and brand relevance, ensuring the creative output remains ahead of the curve and aligned with market demands.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in illustration software, including Procreate and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and adapting to changing requirements.
  • Apply strong knowledge of print techniques to ensure all designs are technically sound, production-ready, free from potential production issues, and without any limitations in terms of execution.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members, including brief allocation and first-stage design approvals.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure creative alignment across departments.
  • Support the wider brand team by contributing to cross-functional projects.
  • Respond efficiently to ad hoc design requests from managers, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
  • When needed, roll out approved design concepts across various platforms (e.g., brand, marketing), adapting base designs into multiple formats to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
