Position overview 

We're seeking a talented individual to join our seasoned Content Team as a Junior Copywriter to support our content production needs. This is a full-time position for a writer with experience in the B2B space. Our new Junior Copywriter will craft high-quality written resources for stakeholders, including Demand Generation and Product Marketing, as part of RELEX’s established, highly strategic content initiative. In addition to producing engaging, high-performing content to increase awareness, inform buyers, and influence pipeline.  

Key responsibilities:  

• Write and edit content in a variety of formats, including blog articles, guides, whitepapers, and thought leadership. 

• Create content crafted for specific distribution channels, especially organic search, AI search, and paid social. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams (including Campaigns, Website, Brand and Creative, and Product Marketing) on content strategy, planning, and execution.  

• Contribute to and maintain high content and website editorial standards. 

• Own internal subject matter expert (SME) relationships, including preliminary topical interviews and article reviews 

• Use and experiment with internal and external AI tools to balance process optimization with a need to maintain content quality. 

• Stay up to date with content marketing trends to ensure high performance 

• Brief comprehensive image requests to the Brand and Creative team to support content initiatives. 

What we're looking for:  

• Experience in writing and/or marketing 

• Ability to balance the voice of contributing SMEs with the broader RELEX brand voice 

• Capacity for constructing engaging, purposeful stories and narratives from complex information and data sets 

• Intrinsic desire to iterate and improve in the pursuit of excellent content 

• Appreciation for the editorial process 

• Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills 

• Strong (and defensible) opinions of what makes good writing good 

• Sense of ownership over content creation and the ensuing results 

• Collaborative mindset 

• Experience working in AP style (with a notable exception for our good friend, the Oxford comma) 

What we consider a bonus: 

• Experience with on-page search optimization (SEO) 

• Experience working with AI tools, especially ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot 

• Experiencing working at an agency or as a freelancer responsible for coordinating several projects simultaneously. 

• Experience in and understanding of the retail, wholesale, and manufacturing industries, and enterprise software
