As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Marketing department is hiring a Junior Field & Partner Marketing Coordinator for EMEA to support the execution of marketing programs and initiatives that drive partner engagement and field marketing success. The ideal candidate will work closely with regional marketing teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, events, and communications, ensuring alignment with global marketing strategies.

In this role you will:

  • Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust
  • Assist in planning and executing field and partner marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and campaigns while maintaining full project management oversight to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Support the creation and distribution of partner enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and ROI metrics.
  • Help execute regional/local field marketing activities with the senior field marketing managers
  • Research and identify relevant activities and assist in building business cases to secure funding and approvals
  • Raise PO, process contracts and facilitate payments 
  • Coordinate Fulfillment houses, including stock and shipping and keep an up to date inventory
  • Work cross-functionally to execute and manage activities, including logistics, budgeting, content development, scheduling, creative themes, and social media
  • Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, under the direction of the Global Field and Partner Marketing Director, ensuring clear and proactive communication to meet deadlines and stay within budget
  • Manage lead acquisition, processing, nurturing, and follow-ups to ensure that leads from field marketing activities are properly managed
  • Work with Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoom, 6sense and Tech Target

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have: 

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to execute marketing programs from planning, conceptualization, execution, and measurement
  • Excellent verbal/written English skills. 
  • Second language is a plus (French, German or Spanish preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, partner relations, or event coordination (internships included).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email marketing, analytics).
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices, including LinkedIn campaigns, TechTarget, SEO/SEM 
  • Experience with organizing local and regional events
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work with a decentralized, cross-cultural team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to rapid growth, change, and problem resolution 
  • Proven experience in a B2B Field Marketing or Campaign role, ideally for security or enterprise software company 
  • Outstanding communicator and creative thinker
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
