What you will do:
Manage complex, fast-moving calendars and founder communications to ruthlessly protect and prioritize their time for high-leverage activities.

Own end-to-end operational projects and office logistics to ensure the startup functions smoothly during rapid growth phases.
The ideal candidate:
Holds 2–5 years of experience in an EA, PA, or operational role, ideally within a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
Possesses a first-class or high 2:1 degree from a top-tier university with exceptional written English and communication skills.
Demonstrates high agency and tech-fluency, with an instinct for proactive problem-solving and an interest in leveraging AI tools for efficiency.
