You’ll work closely with the Senior Brand Designer and collaborate with teams across Brand, Growth Marketing, CRM and PR to deliver creative that’s thoughtful, effective and on-brand. From adapting assets across formats to contributing ideas for campaigns and cultural moments, you’ll play an important role in helping our brand show up clearly and confidently wherever our audience sees us.

This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a graphic or brand design role (or relevant internships) who’s eager to keep developing their craft. You’re curious, detail-oriented and excited to grow your skills in areas like layout, typography and digital design while working as part of a fast-moving creative team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Adapt and resize designs for different digital formats and channels.
  • Create engaging, on-brand assets across devices, with strong attention to layout and hierarchy.
  • Manage multiple tasks at once and deliver work on time.
  • Apply feedback and iterate quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Contribute ideas to campaigns, content and cultural moments.
  • Work closely with the wider team to understand briefs and project requirements.
  • Help maintain brand consistency through templates, guidelines and brand updates.
  • Keep design files organised and accessible for the team.
  • Continue developing your skills in areas like typography, layout and image creation.

Who you are:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a graphic or brand design role, or relevant internships (ideally in an in-house creative team).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work across branding and templates.
  • Good understanding of colour, typography, layout and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Clear communication skills and openness to feedback and iteration.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Motivation to grow into a mid-level designer over time.
  • Illustration, motion or 3D skills are a bonus.

What you will need to thrive here:

  • Curiosity about design, branding and visual culture.
  • A willingness to learn, ask questions and take feedback on board.
  • Strong attention to detail and care for craft.
  • Comfort working on multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working as part of a creative team.
