The Opportunity:
In this role, you will aid in the design and implementation of machine learning solutions for our investment management platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or current student to gain hands-on experience and further develop technical skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment related to artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and model Python-based context protocols (MCP).
What you will do:
- Assist in AI/ML Solution Design and Implementation: Support the design and implementation of innovative AI and ML solutions with a focus on our investment management platform, utilizing Python and advanced computing methods.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, IT, and customer service departments to ensure robust and scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Learn and Apply Industry Best Practices: Gain knowledge of AI and ML best practices, software development methodologies, and apply them to improve processes and workflows.
- Support Development of New Capabilities: Assist in the delivery of new AI/ML capabilities at both a solution and platform level.
- Participate in Transformation Projects: Contribute to transformation projects aimed at leveraging AI/ML to enhance our service offerings and client experience.
Who you are:
- Educational Background: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related STEM field.
- Technical Skills: Good understanding of AI and ML principles, statistics, software development methodologies, and proficiency in Python. Familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, NLTK and similar frameworks is advantageous.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an AI/ML context.
- Eagerness to Learn: A commitment to ongoing learning, staying current with AI/ML industry best practices, and exploring emerging technologies.
- Passion for AI/ML Product Engineering: A results-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for AI/ML product engineering and a desire to innovate and shape the future of software solutions in investment management.
