Role Overview: Junior Affiliate Partnership Manager

As a Junior Affiliate Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of existing affiliate programs, with a strong focus on the US market. Your role includes managing and optimizing the performance of affiliate accounts by monitoring lead volume, conversion rates, and commissions on a daily basis. Developing a solid understanding of affiliate platform dashboards and our internal performance monitoring tools is essential to meet the day-to-day requirements of this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Review – Analyze merchant performance on Kelkoo using affiliate network and internal Cube data.
  • KPI Monitoring – Track gross margin, commission levels, lead volume, and calculate eCPC for each merchant.
  • Campaign Development & Optimization – Support revenue and lead growth via CPA increases, CSS approvals, and feed quality improvements.
  • Campaign Maintenance & Account Management:
    • Onboard merchants to the Kelkoo system.
    • Create reports to support current Account Managers.
    • Make necessary updates in the system for each merchant account.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Interest in affiliate marketing and working with platforms such as SaaS, performance marketing tools, affiliate networks, or agencies.
  • Basic knowledge of account management.
  • Solid understanding of Excel.
  • Business-level English (additional European languages are a plus, but not required).
