Logistics UK is looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our growing commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established portfolio of members and customers, helping them get the most from our products and services while driving business growth.

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of over 270 customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring members continue to receive exceptional support from Logistics UK.

You will conduct regular account reviews, manage renewals, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services, and support the recruitment of new members. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll play a key role in helping customers navigate the challenges of the logistics sector while promoting Logistics UK's wide range of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of 270+ member accounts.
  • Conduct regular account review and renewal conversations with customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Logistics UK products and services.
  • Recruit new members and maximise engagement across our service offering.
  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline through our CRM system.
  • Generate and pass qualified sales leads to field-based colleagues.
  • Support debt management activities to ensure continuity of customer services.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Complete post sale administration and customer follow-up activities.
  • Achieve daily account review and customer contact targets.
  • Act as an ambassador for Logistics UK and our industry-leading services.
  • Attend training sessions, team meetings, industry events, and conferences as required.

Requirements
  • Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable building relationships over Teams, phone and via email.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident identifying commercial opportunities and helping customers find the right solutions.
  • Driven by targets and motivated by delivering results.
  • Experienced in account management, sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Competent using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
