Manage a portfolio of creators and influencers, act as their primary contact, identify needs and provide solutions, support growth and monetization, and learn digital advertising (Google/YouTube/Instagram/Facebook/TikTok). Work flexibly as a remote freelance account manager, collaborating with founders and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-growing startup.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs.
- Flexible working hours are required in case of urgency or business need.
- Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
- Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus.
- Experience in working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus.
- Experience in Client-facing roles would be a plus.
