WeDiscover is offering first-time job seekers the opportunity to join our Early Careers scheme, starting in September 2026. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals with little to no prior Digital Marketing experience. The programme begins with an intensive, face-to-face training period, blending group learning, hands-on practice, and 1:1 mentoring from some of the best in the industry. What you'll learn

Requirements
No prior related work experience is required. This opportunity is for anyone looking to enter the world of digital marketing for the first time.

Interview Process
- Video interview: we ask all applicants to submit a video screening interview to get to know you and your motivations for applying. (All interviews are reviewed by our team - no AI screening!)
- In-person assessment centre: Shortlisted candidates will spend a couple of hours at our London offices. We'll share full details with you at that stage.
