Location: Denver, CO (Pathlock Headquarters) 
Employment Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level 

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of Pathlock solutions for new clients. 
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful onboarding. 
  • Provide training and support to end users to maximize adoption and efficiency. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process. 
  • Document client interactions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. 
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to enhance the customer experience. 
  • Maintain knowledge of product updates and best practices to continually improve implementation strategies. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based software solutions. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
  • Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or software implementation is a plus. 

Growth Path 

  1. Associate Project Manager: Learn project coordination fundamentals, stakeholder communication, and Pathlock’s core products. 
  1. Project Manager: Lead end-to-end projects, manage larger budgets, oversee cross-functional teams, and resolve complex project challenges. 
  1. Senior Project Manager or Program Manager: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, develop PMO processes, and mentor junior project managers. 
  1. Strategic Leadership: Potential to progress into roles like Director of Program Management, Product Strategy, or other leadership paths aligned with your ambitions.
