Senior Data Analyst
We're seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our client's team in Central London. You'll play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making through advanced A/B testing, statistical analysis, and enterprise-level business intelligence solutions.
This is a client-facing position where you'll work embedded within the client's team, requiring strong autonomy, initiative, and the ability to represent CI&T professionally. This is a hybrid role requiring 3-4 days per week on-site at the client's Central London offices (Euston area).
Position Overview
A/B Testing & Statistical Analysis
Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to measure product and feature performance
Apply statistical methods to ensure test validity and generate actionable insights
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Business Intelligence & Data Modeling
Design, build, and optimize semantic data models in Power BI for self-service analytics and enterprise reporting
Develop and maintain high-performance Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets
Partner with data engineering teams to define and validate data pipelines in Databricks
Ensure seamless integration between data sources and BI models
Data Governance & Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
Implement best practices in data governance, performance optimization, and security
Monitor and resolve data quality, integrity, and dashboard performance issues
Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on data analytics matters
Must Haves
Power BI Expertise: 3+ years developing enterprise-level dashboards and semantic data models
Statistical Analysis: Strong capability in experimental design, A/B testing methodologies, and statistical inference
Technical Skills:
Advanced SQL for complex queries and data manipulation
Python for data analysis and automation (pandas, numpy, scipy, etc.)
Data Engineering Knowledge: Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration tools, and modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks)
Data Visualization: Proven ability to transform complex data into clear, compelling visual narratives
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills; fluent English (written and verbal)
Working Style: Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and ability to work independently in client environments
