Italian Speaking - Regional Marketing Executive
The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative professional to lead and coordinate our fast - growing marketing function across the Italian Market. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and international environment and take your career to the next level!
The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Define and create country-specific marketing strategies.
- Manages and executes engaging country-specific social media content, ensuring alignment with the Company's brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Develop and implement demand generation and lead generation strategies and rollout plans across the Italian market.
- Coordinates with agencies, external partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns.
- Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
- Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs.
- Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research during new region penetration stage, in respect to each country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.
- Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Design, Business Development, and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution.
- Stay on top of current trends and best practices.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Country Business Development Manager.
Main requirements:
- Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Native Italian speaker and excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr) is considered an advantage
- Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features
- Strong digital marketing skills
- Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and ability to multitask
- Dynamic and target oriented
