Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative IT Trainer ClickLearn with experience in IFS Applications / IFS Cloud to lead the creation of engaging and effective training content. This role focuses solely on designing and producing user guidance, documentation, and eLearning materials using ClickLearn to support business process training and user adoption of IFS solutions.

Key Responsibilities 

Content Creation

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality ClickLearn recordings and instructional content across various IFS modules.
• Produce comprehensive user documentation, eLearning packages, and process guides that align with business workflows.
• Ensure all ClickLearn outputs (HTML guides, videos, PowerPoints, PDFs, etc.) are consistently branded, accurate, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content requirements and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.

Process Support & Enablement

• Support training and onboarding efforts by delivering intuitive and scalable learning assets.
• Continuously enhance the learning experience by incorporating feedback and applying adult learning principles.
• Monitor content performance and update materials in response to system or process changes.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience using ClickLearn for documentation and training content development.
• Strong understanding of IFS ERP (IFS Applications / IFS Cloud), particularly in key functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Projects.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging, user-centered instructional content with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in ERP implementation or user enablement projects.
• Familiarity with digital adoption platforms or eLearning tools.
• Knowledge of IFS Cloud interface and functionality.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• ClickLearn certification or training experience is a plus.
• IFS certification is beneficial but not required
