Our organization has grown consistently over the past years and has created an opportunity for a IT Systems Administrator & Support in London who will work closely with our IT Manager.
Job Summary:
As part of our company’s modernization efforts, we’re harnessing cloud technologies to enhance efficiency, foster collaboration, and optimize processes across our various offices. Working alongside our IT Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining seamless IT operations. This includes managing our Microsoft 365 environment, helping with the implementation of new solutions, and providing professional and timely support to our 70 end-users - both onsite and remote.

Technical Support
Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Incident Management
Monitor, prioritize, and manage helpdesk tickets using our ticketing system. Ensure all incidents are logged, resolved, and closed appropriately.
System Maintenance:
Assist in the maintenance, installation, and configuration of hardware, software, and peripherals. Perform routine system checks and updates on corporate technology assets.
Infrastructure Support:
Assist in the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure and technology stack:
- Wireless network with radius server.
- Firewalls.
- Email Security Gateway Platform.
- Microsoft 365 (Endpoint Management, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, Teams and Onedrive for Business).
- Endpoint Security Software.
- General AV equipment (TV, Monitors, Meeting and comms room cabling) and Printers.
Security
Help support and maintain IT security protocols and policies defined to protect company data and systems. Monitor potential security threats across MS 365 Environment, Third party Cloud Email gateway, Endpoint Security software and take appropriate actions.
Asset Management
Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking, lifecycle management, user on-/off-boarding.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the IT Manager to implement and support IT projects and initiatives across the organization. Other areas of focus include but are not limited to Security, Network and Knowledge Management.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive for Business.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues (not only notebooks, but also av equipment peripheral devices.
- Configuration, deployment, and support of network devices, such as routers, switches, wireless access points and firewalls.
- Knowledge of network protocols and security measures.
- TCP/IP network troubleshooting.
- Plus: Microsoft or Comptia Certifications
