Perplexity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team, revolutionizing the way people search and interact with the internet. You will be responsible for diverse IT needs for our London office and other growing offices. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead the future of our technology infrastructure for our rapidly expanding teams.

This role is in office 5 days a week at our London location. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the IT needs of in-person and remote offices
  • Procure, maintain, and administer computers, networking equipment, and office technology
  • Oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructure
  • Provision and manage user accounts and permissions
  • Assist with technical on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Provide prompt, effective technical support and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Lead IT projects focused on identity management, endpoint management, and security enhancements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on IT systems administration experience
  • Strong proficiency in macOS & GSuite environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Experience managing and implementing SSO solutions such as Okta and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with wifi and networking
  • Proven track record in managing IT projects, including system upgrades and new implementations
  • Scripting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting remote offices and employees
