Role

Octus is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in our London office.

We are looking for a super smart, friendly and all-around great individual who takes care of people and the technology they use. As a member of the Corporate IT team, you will have the opportunity to create a seamless experience to Octus end-users in multiple offices around the world, research and deploy new tools and services and just flat out solve hard problems. Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and establish priorities while having a passion to help people and to learn and improve IT in an innovative manner
  • Proficient in both macOS and Windows operating system and hardware troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
  • Web conferencing knowledge (tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc...)
  • Experience with Okta and back-office applications (SSO, Okta, G Suite / Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro etc...)
  • Creating updating, and maintaining end-user facing knowledge based articles
  • Maintaining infrastructure documentation, including diagrams and configurations

Preferred

  • Networking knowledge and experience (e.g. Meraki, Cisco)
  • Experience working with third-party hardware and software and procurement practices
