Location: Norwich-based, with regular in-office presence (Monday-Friday)
Your tasks:Provide technical support for our systems, specifically Entra ID, Zoom and Intune, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of software and hardware solutions.
Use PowerShell or other relevant programming languages to automate routine tasks and resolve issues efficiently.
Troubleshoot a variety of technical problems, ranging from simple software issues to complex software configurations.
Collaborate closely with system administrators and other IT staff to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
Document technical issues and solutions in detail to improve future support efforts and user training materials.
Conduct regular system audits and perform upgrades to ensure systems remain updated and secure.
Offer guidance and support to users, helping them understand how to use IT resources effectively and securely.
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting and user support.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex IT concepts in simple terms.
A continuous learner, open to adopting new technologies and IT best practices.
