We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technology Manager to lead and oversee technology support operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage multi-channel support teams, engage with key stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality technology services that align with business objectives. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, fostering team development, and managing vendor relationships to support our technology infrastructure and business continuity.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead and manage technology support teams across multiple channels, ensuring seamless delivery of services and adherence to operational guidelines.

  • Proactively engage with office leadership, stakeholders, and regional teams to drive technology service interactions and escalate strategic issues as needed.

  • Provide expert advice, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports, fostering a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team environment.

  • Oversee vendor relationships, manage budgets, and coordinate local projects such as office moves and acquisitions.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and industry best practices while actively managing incident resolution and customer satisfaction.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in senior technology management, including leading multi-channel support teams and managing vendor partnerships.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organisational levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, perform P&L analysis, and deliver favourable financial results.

  • Solid understanding of IT operational processes, business continuity, and compliance requirements.

  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance management within a technology support environment.

  • Experience working within a global or regional technology framework, particularly in a professional services or consulting environment.

  • Familiarity with agile support workflows and digital support channels.

  • Track record of driving process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Ability to handle escalations with urgency and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve major incidents efficiently.

  • Willingness to travel as required to support regional operations and projects.
