Callaway Golf Europe have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an IT Support Engineer, based at the SuperHub in Swindon, with remote support responsibilities for our Chessington office.
The IT Support Engineer will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £27,000.00 – £32,000.00 per annum depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

The main purpose of the IT Support Engineer is to provide technical support, manage IT systems, and ensure smooth operations for hardware, software, and networks. You’ll handle tasks like resolving issues with Windows and Mac OS, configuring devices and applications, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. The role also involves organising IT procurement, updating documentation, and conducting remote troubleshooting for users across the UK and Europe.
The ideal candidate will have IT support experience, proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, Office 365, and Active Directory, and strong problem solving and multitasking skills. Familiarity with ticketing systems and hardware configuration is essential.
Excellent attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and strong problem solving and communication skills are key to succeeding as the IT Support Engineer.
