As an Enterprise Technology Support Engineer, you’ll be part of a high-performing team that delivers exceptional technology support to colleagues across the globe. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues, driving service improvements, and supporting strategic projects that shape how our people work.

What You’ll Do

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support while delivering L1/L2+ troubleshooting and resolution.

  • Provide remote and onsite support for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Own incidents end‑to‑end, resolving issues directly where possible and engaging specialist teams when deeper expertise is required.

Project & Process Excellence

  • Contribute technical expertise to global projects and transformation initiatives.

  • Identify and implement service improvements, automation opportunities, and knowledge-sharing forums.

  • Support the rollout of new systems, including operating systems, M365, and software updates.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with GDT teams (Modern Workplace, Platform Engineering, Cyber, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Keep users informed on ticket progress and manage expectations against SLAs.

  • Build strong relationships across the business and collaborate effectively with colleagues to support knowledge sharing and service improvement.

Innovation & Impact

  • Help shape the future of Boldyn’s IT service organisation.

  • Support the integration of new systems and processes, including ServiceNow and New Core rollouts.

  • Drive improvements in internal satisfaction scores and content adoption.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in enterprise IT support, ideally within a global organisation.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.

  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

  • Strong technical capability across Microsoft 365 administration, Windows operating systems, and enterprise device support.

  • A proactive and improvement‑driven mindset, with a strong commitment to enhancing user experience and service quality.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
