This role will allow you to make a significant impact by ensuring our IT operations run smoothly and efficiently. The position requires attendance at our London (Soho) office five days a week, and please note that the company does not provide assistance with visa applications or relocation support.
Your key responsibilities as an IT Support Analyst will include:
- Providing first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Ivanti, Intune, and other IT systems.
- Building, configuring, and deploying laptops and desktops according to organizational standards.
- Utilizing Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, ensuring devices are compliant with security policies.
- Implementing and maintaining security measures for all devices, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management.
- Managing and prioritizing service requests and incidents using ITSM best practices.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an IT Support Analyst:
- You will need 3+ years in IT support or a related role, with hands-on experience in Ivanti, Microsoft Intune, and ITSM tools.
- You should be proficient in building and configuring Windows and macOS laptops and desktops.
- You must have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including compliance frameworks and best practices.
- You will need familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ideally you will have a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent qualification.
