Summary of Job Role:

The Support Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the global business by providing technical assistance and collaborating with teams to enhance IT services and infrastructure. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining an efficient and reliable technology environment while fostering continuous improvements across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering effective support for day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) IT operations, ensuring the reliable performance of hardware, software, and systems.

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Office 365 applications, including email, collaboration tools as well as user account management.

• Monitoring and escalating unresolved issues to appropriate teams or external service providers in line with agreed SLAs.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation as well as contributing to knowledge base articles.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and support the implementation new IT services and infrastructure.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science (Desirable).

• A-Level (or equivalent) in Computing.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technology role.
